The protagonist Little Man enjoys a social life in a forest village, runs a kiosk with his beloved Maylene, and has a band with his friends. However, the idyll begins to be disturbed by news of strange deer threatening the inhabitants of the forest. Who are they? Suspicions are aroused by the strange protector Dr. Zetek and his ubiquitous TV sets. The robots that are supposed to be helping the forest dwellers are also rather worrying. The calm, friendly atmosphere of the forest is gone, and the villagers are gradually overcome by fear and panic. The kiosk is empty and Little Man himself starts to become worried. Fortunately, he has to overcome his fear and set out on a journey to save Maylene, his friends and, indeed, his home.
